ElectroMedia Works 08: Industrial Space: “APOTHIKI” Factory(6 Lamias & Peiraios St., near Praktiker, Tavros)
Cut Here is an in-situ installation created with the collaboration of two artists. It will be presented at ElectroMedia Works 08 Festival. The installation draws its ideas from the “APOTHIKI” factory which provides the main physical site for the festival. The factory is still in operation and produces rubber.
Recording the stages of the assembling line of the above mentioned factory and working on the notions of repetition, consistency and the automation of the machinery, the artists cooperated in order to create one piece of work.
